What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, project location, dates, the items or equipment you request and your message. We also keep a coded (hashed) identifier of your connection for spam protection. We do not ask for payment details.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on your project. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our website database, accessible only to our administrators, and emailed to our company mailbox. You receive a copy by email.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are deleted automatically after the retention period set by our administrators (two years by default), unless needed for an ongoing project.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your enquiry details by emailing khulnacityengineering@gmail.com.

Cookies and outside services

The Enquiry Basket is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is kept while you browse; it is not sent to us until you press Send Enquiry. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media open those services, which have their own policies.
